Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen was born in St. Louis Missouri. She is a popular American singer/songwriter/model/actress. She is best known for her character Jenny Humphrey on the CW series Gossip Girl and as the main singer in the band The Pretty Reckless. The songs of Momsen have been featured in various films and TV shows, such as How to Be Solo Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen was born on July 26 1993. She has a younger sister Sloane Momsen who is also an actress. She was a dancer at the Center of Creative Arts St. Louis. Her first role in the professional world was in a Shake 'n Bake commercial that aired nationally at age of 3. Momsen's career was cut off for three years. After that, she was offered a leading role on the WB show Misconceptions. Momsen also appeared in Saving Shiloh in 2006. She was also one of three leading contenders for Hannah Montana's main part. But, Miley Cyrus was awarded the title role.
